Intelligent part-turn electric valave actuator

The TM smart series is a part-turn type actuator that can be applied to ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves and dampers alone.
The non-intrusive type allows setting and manipulation of the device through various wireless devices without opening the cover. In addition, it is equipped with a potentiometer to ensure accuracy and reliability in any setting position.

– The product lineup has a wide range of torque from 200 to 3000Nm.
– Depending on customer needs, it can be configured as a separate type.
– By applying a non-penetrating switch with hall sensor, the possibility of rainwater infiltration is completely excluded.
– When the torque switch is activated, a magnetic holding function using an electronic function is added for convenience.
– Equipped with a 4-line character type LCD display, check logging data information due to maintenance.
– Control by remote control is possible using IrDA wireless communication.
– Waterproof to meet IP68.(8m, 72hours)
– In accordance with the IEC standard, sufficient Flame Path is obtained.
– Proportional control and position confirmation of the actuator is possible through V and mA control methods. (option)
– Control and status can be checked using wired fieldbus communication methods. (Profibus, Modbus, Foundation Fieldbus, HART) (option)
– Convenient setting and operation using Bluetooth communication. (optional)
– Explosion protection that meets Exd IIB T4 is available. (option)
