Part-Turn Electric valve Actuator

The TQ Integral Series, which combines the body of the TQ Basic with the integral case, is a partially rotating type actuator that can be applied to ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves and dampers alone. LOCAL operation and REMOTE operation are possible through 2-line character LCD and Hall Sensor, and information is provided to users according to various situations (Fault, etc.), and a wide range of functions can be used through various settings.

Features and main specifications of the TQ Integral Series

– The product lineup has a wide range of torque from 200 to 3000Nm.
– Depending on customer needs, it can be configured as a separate type.
– By applying a non-penetrating switch with hall sensor, the possibility of rainwater infiltration is completely excluded.
– When the torque switch is activated, a magnetic holding function using an electronic function is added for convenience, and it can prevent damage to motor, valves, or floodgates caused by chattering.
– The internal cam detects torque and openness and can be readjusted in the field.
– LED types and LCD types can be selected, and LCD types are equipped with a 2-line character type LCD display, and general data logging functions are possible.
Waterproof to meet IP68(8m, 72hours).
– In accordance with the IEC standard, sufficient Flame Path is obtained.
– Proportional control and position confirmation of the actuator is possible through V and mA control methods. (option)
– Control and status can be checked using wired fieldbus communication methods (Profibus, Modbus, Foundation Fieldbus, HART) (option)
– Explosion protection that meets Exd IIB T4 is available. (option)
– Fire retarding is possible (optional) certified by Lloyd’s Register of Shipping. (UL 1709:2005)
