Part-Turn Electric valve Actuator

The TQ BASIC series is a part-turn type actuator that can only be operated with a separate external operation panel (purchased separately) and can be applied to ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves and dampers. The built-in Thermostat of the motor prevents the motor from being damaged. The torque switch detects the torque set to the correct setting when it is shipped, and the limit and torque points can be simply adjusted by turning the cam as needed.

– Waterproof to meet IP68(8m, 72hours).
– In accordance with the IEC standard, sufficient Flame Path is obtained.
– It can be operated through an external control panel.
– Torque and opening can be detected through the internal cam and readjusted in the field.
– Equipped with a mechanical opener, so you can check the opening as a percentage.
– It is possible to supply the type in which the integral unit connection is replaced by the wire inlet.
– Fire retarding is possible (optional) certified by Lloyd’s Register of Shipping (UL 1709:2005)
